Summary: The Provincial Cámara de Neiva issued a set of law enforcement decrees regulating civilians and business. The provisions are divided into urban and rural. The urban regulations include those concerned with cleanliness, open markets, water, beggars, local festivities, domestic workers, and the disposition of the dead. The rural decrees regulated land and cattle, the use of water, fishing and the burning of lands.
