Summary: In this broadside, the authors condemn the government as ruling like sultans. It also criticizes the insolence of Governor Ramón Fuenmayor of Maracaibo (1830-1834) because he insulted the Municipal Council during a proceeding. The authors call for the removal of Fuenmayor in order to free the town from the hands of evildoers.
