Summary: This administrative and academic manual provided guidelines for all staff and students of the medical school of the Universidad Nacional in Bogotá. It lists the courses offered and describes in detail the examinations required to obtain the title of physician.
Historical Notes: The Universidad Nacional was established in Bogotá in 1867. It opened with six departments: law, medicine, natural sciences, engineering, applied arts and literature.
